Seeking a project manager experienced in managing, motivating and mentoring as well as providing vision, strategy, planning and implementing projects to manage CRM SalesForce implementations. Responsible for the leadership of the successful deployment of SalesForce into the business and delivery of processes and procedures post go-live.SKILLS:
- Delivery of strategic CRM roadmaps and initiatives.
- Delivery of complex, global, SalesForce implementations of 5000 users+.

- SI vendor management.
- Advanced SalesForce Experience: Thorough SalesForce technical platform knowledge and recent SalesForce implementation and deployment experience. MUST be able to roll-out an implementation!
- Working knowledge of major CRM systems in addition to SalesForce
- SalesForce Sales and Service Cloud implementations.
- Thorough knowledge of AppExchange campaign/marketing automation tools
- Complex integration with ERP and operational systems.
- MS Project expert
- Project and system development life cycle management experience
- Knowledge of system analysis, design and data, systems, application architecture.
- Business Process Analysis and design.
- Change Management
- Workshop facilitation
- Sales, Marketing, Service Business Processes
- Excellent written, oral and presentation communication skills
- Strong team player and contributor to team environment, relationship builder and experience in leveraging Matrix organization, and managing resources without direct authority.
