Description
Provide senior-level production support for a customer facing IIS/ASP.NET based application environment. Maintain and support the organization's technical infrastructure, hardware, and software components for moderate to highly complex projects.Job Details:
- Work with Networking, System Administration, Database, and other teams to setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
- Work with Development, QA and Deployment teams to facilitate code development, testing and deployment.
- Participate in project meetings and provide technical leadership on operational matters.
- Properly document designs and create/update documentation for the environment.
- Performance Monitoring and Capacity Planning for the server environment
- Participate in on-call rotation in support of 24x7 production environment.
- Adhere to change management processes and procedures.
- Stay abreast of current trends in the industry and provide recommendations for improving the environment.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
Mandatory:
- 0-3 years experience in Windows Server Administration
- 5+ Years Windows Server Experience (Window )
- 5+ Years' Experience with IIS (6.0 and newer) and .NET Tools and Framework
- Experience Supporting a Customer Facing Windows Production Environment
- Ability to work autonomously and with a diverse team.
- Ability to communicate at all levels within the organization.
- Ability to present ideas and manage projects.
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field is preferred
- 5+ Years Windows Server Experience (Window )
- 5+ Years' Experience with IIS (6.0 and newer) and .NET Tools and Framework
- Experience Supporting a Customer Facing Windows Production Environment
- Ability to work autonomously and with a diverse team.
