Support EngineerOur client in Jersey City, NJ is looking for a Support Engineer with solid programming experience. Salary is K. H1B visas can be transferred if there is at least 3.5 years still valid.
Job Responsibilities
- Handle both Support and Programming responsibilities (80% Support)
- Responsible for troubleshooting for majority of the work day
- Be able to utilize programming skills when needed
Requirements
- Several years experience with Unix/Linux
- Work experience with JavaScript and Shell
- Personal drive to handle both Support and Developing responsibilities
- Work experience with Sonic and/or IBM MQ
- Solid understanding of hardware concepts
- Exceptional communication skills
