Reporting into the Head of Resourcing and with a dotted line into the HR Director, the successful candidate will be responsible for the management of the Trust's "in house bank" service ensuring VFM and high quality service for all Business, Divisional and Clinical Leaders. To be considered for this assignment, the successful postholder will need to demonstrate the following:

-Proven experience in a "Bank" and Medical Staffing (not essential) post in the NHS

-Proven line management experience gained in a "bank" or Medical Staffing setting including managing performance, absence and development

-Lead continuous improvement to the "in house bank" service through innovative and collaborative resourcing ideas

-Proven experience in completing accurate KPIs, data entry and validation in relation to Trust vacancies, interviews, appointments etc.

-Proven track record in building strong internal relationship with a particular focus on Payroll to ensure all temporary workers are paid accurately and promptly.

-Proven experience of building external relationships with agencies and suppliers to ensure cost effective resourcing solutions.
