Location - Northampton
3 month contract
2 x IT Service Managers required initially 3 month contract for my public sector client in Northampton
Responsibilities
* To develop and maintain strong customer relationships and heighten the profile of IT Services
* To provide a business link between customers who require IT services and the Service Teams that deliver them
* To develop a customer first ethos within IT Services and influence staff to become customer focused
* To Support the Head of Service Delivery in implementing Service Projects
* To Support the Service Delivery Team in engagement with the business in delivering services.
Skills/Experience
* Excellent Interpersonal Skills
* Previous experience in a similar role within Local Government
* ITIL Certified
* Experience of working within an ITIL based environment
