Description
Our Client, a diverse financial services firm based in the UK requires a competent, senior compliance professional with Investment Management background to provide support for 6 months as part of a project developing new ACD firm.
Role/Responsibilities
- Rules Mapping - communication of relevant regulatory requirements
- Amendments and redesign of current policies/documents relating to regulatory change, reviews & consultancy
- Ad-hoc training of BAU compliance staff
- Design of new monitoring plan
- Provide compliance support
- Working with and assisting the project team
- Testing and reporting on new process and controls
Qualifications/Experience required
- A Levels or equivalent
- MS Office Advanced for Word & Excel
- A strong working knowledge of compliance within Investment Management would be highly advantageous
- Good knowledge of AIFMD funds, ACD's, OEIC's and UCITS funds is essential
Desirable Qualifications/Experience:
- A compliance certificate from ICA, Cergi, CII or similar
