Your tasks:
- Developing and implementing a records management function, ideally within a global financial services organization
- Experience of corporate taxonomy and retention schedule development and management
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, able to operate at all levels of an organization from front line through to CXO
- Experience of implementing or managing electronic document and records management (EDRM) solutions, including corporate file plan development and implementation
- Providing assistance and support to Records Management Champions (file plans, retention management, records shipment and other lifecycle duties)
- Developing and managing records policies and procedures
- Developing and delivering records management training
- Developing records management marketing materials
Your qualifications
- Excellent English and German, both written and spoken
- Ability to translate records management documentation (policy, procedures and general communications material) between English and German
