Position: Operations Quality Engineer

Company: To Be Disclosed after full Candidate Qualification

Location: Twin Cities (West)

Job Type: Contract, Potential for Hire

Compensation: $30-40/hr (depending on experience level)

Relocation: Not offered
The Operations Quality Engineer will meet the following requirements:
  • BS in Engineering (or related field)
  • 0-5 years experience within quality in the medical device industry (If minimal experience - must have engineering degree, must have relevant project experience)
  • Strong understanding of ISO 13485
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Ability to act as team lead

The Operations Quality Engineer will meet the following responsibilities:
  • Work with customer representatives to handle customer complaints, relay information to engineers and managers to find solutions to issues.
  • Identify quality related problems and select a team to perform root cause investigation
  • Communicate issues and corrective action to customer
  • Work with manufacturing engineers to identify and solve problems compliant to the quality system
  • Be able to work cross functionally with various levels of the organization
