Position: Operations Quality EngineerCompany: To Be Disclosed after full Candidate Qualification

Job Type: Contract, Potential for Hire
Compensation: $30-40/hr (depending on experience level)

The Operations Quality Engineer will meet the following requirements:
- BS in Engineering (or related field)
- 0-5 years experience within quality in the medical device industry (If minimal experience - must have engineering degree, must have relevant project experience)
- Strong understanding of ISO 13485
- Exceptional communication skills
- Ability to act as team lead
The Operations Quality Engineer will meet the following responsibilities:
- Work with customer representatives to handle customer complaints, relay information to engineers and managers to find solutions to issues.
- Identify quality related problems and select a team to perform root cause investigation
- Communicate issues and corrective action to customer
- Work with manufacturing engineers to identify and solve problems compliant to the quality system
- Be able to work cross functionally with various levels of the organization
