Description
SAP Trainer required in West London for a large pharmaceuticals customer.
Accountabilities/Responsibilities:
Work closely with the Education & Training Manager to support the education & training strategy
Participate in the analysis of the business processes in order to establish end-user training requirements
Develop R2R education and training materials, including presentations, exercises, simulations, data, assessments both for instructor led and computer-based training
Develop knowledge retention materials for end users to refer back to after training eg handbook, reference cards etc
Ensure all courseware is integrated in the clients training curriculum and that materials are created to a high standard, quality materials and are consistent with agreed standards and templates
Deliver training to local Trainers in support of the Train the Trainer approach and end users
Provide support to markets post training
