Description
The opportunity has arisen for an experienced Resource Manager to join an extremely reputable outsourcing company on a 3 month basis. As Resource Manager you will be reporting directly to the Regional Resource manager to ensure all Projects and assignments in the region are staffed on time and with the most appropriate resources in terms of competences and availabilities.
Your Responsibilities
-To ensure that all projects and assignments are staffed on time and with the most appropriate resources
-Assist Practice & Project Managers in the composition of their project team by identifying the best possible resources for each position
-Staff positions outside the region, align proactively with the corresponding Resource Managers and follow up the staffing process until completion
-Investigate all staffing options before escalating to the next Resource Management level when a request cannot be solved
-Run weekly pipeline and forecasting meetings with the Management team to review future demands and availability
-Maximise billability and utilisation of the resources in the region
-Manage subcontractor fulfilment process
-Be proactively involved in workforce strategy and planning
-Report to the Regional Resource Manager with high quality, quick responsiveness, reliability (timely) and dependability
What are we looking for?
-Strong resource management and planning experience
-Substantial experience of resource strategy formulation and implementation
-Able to Satisfy urgent requests of Practice and Project Managers
-Experience of running various meetings with management teams
-Someone able to be proactively involved in workforce strategy and planning
