Description
SAP PM/CS Consultant/Services Lead required for a 4-5 month assignment based in Gothenburg.
Your role will be to lead a team of Consultants to design and deliver customer services processes using SAP ECC solution.
The ideal candidate for the role should have:
- Experience in SAP PM/CS is essential
- Experience in SAP CRM Services is highly advantageous.
- Experience in design/delivery of processes such as service quote, service order, service contracts, warranties, returns/repairs, refurbishment, material serialisation, iBase management, service notifications, planning of technician resources, task list, maintenance plans, scheduling reports, service history etc.
- Experience in integrating service solutions into ECC sales solutions, project systems, FICO and COPA
- Excellent communication skills with business level English
