Description
Experienced Business Process Architect required to work on an industry leading Solvency 2 programme in Bristol.The SII programme is looking to bring in a process architect to lead from a process perspective the different initiatives required to meet SII regulations.
The ideal candidate should be able to show previous SII experience and be a strong leader who can bring BAU teams and project members in the journey.
As part of the project team, the process architect will work with project managers, business analysts, SMEs etc to ensure the successful delivery of the project.
The role covers setting process targets, agreeing them with stakeholders, working with process analyst and business analysts to ensure that the end to end process is sound.
We are looking for someone with:
- Excellent end to end SII internal model process knowledge
- Awareness of the legislative SII text
- Insight on accounting and actuarial process and system usage
- Extensive experience in process mappings and different forms of process flow
- Excellent communication skills, who can work at different levels:
- at management level about the process and critical path
- in detail about the process flows with SMEs
- Good interpersonal skill and is able to communicate complex technical concepts in simple ways
- Proactivity - the desire to commit to the project and its objectives
- Outstanding work ethic - is able to work to milestones and deadlines
- Good planning skills - able to produce production plans and get agreement from teams on timelines.
This is a 6 month contract paying £500.
