Complaint Support Manager - Legal - Solicitor
My T1 Investment Bank client seek a number of individuals with legal experience to assist the Complaint/Customer Resolution Director(s)( CRD) with management of the complaints life cycle including; complaint research, analysis, investigation and closure.
This is a level above a Complaint Handler position but will only involve direct Client interaction by exception. Ideal for a Solicitor breaking into Banking on a high profile programme.
Main Duties:
Research and Investigation
- Review and assess artefacts
- Collate Case files from the artefacts available in various locations
- Review Complaint and agree action required with CRD
Client Management
- Draft bespoke letters including 8 week/substantive/MP letters
- Support Complaint Resolution Director with preparation for customer meetings and follow up on any post meeting feedback or action points.
- Legal background
- Analytical, investigative approach
- Interes Rate Derivative product knowledge helpful
- Complaints experience helpful
