Description
Work as an expert SAP Functional Analyst supporting Business. Process Analysts in the MaterialsManagement, Logistics and Procurement process areas. Responsible for writing the configuration and
functional specifications in these process areas ensuring that they are in line with the process
documentation prepared by the Process Analysts. Carry out configuration on prototype and
development systems and present prototype scenarios to the Solutions team. Significant experience in
writing functional and interface specifications within procurement and logistics environment is essential.
Participate in the design, documentation and testing of the interfaces between SAP and other
applications. Assist in developing relevant test scenarios and will contribute to various forms of testing;
including unit, integration and regression testing. Will also support project teams deploying the Global
Template and provide Level 3 assistance to Production Run Support teams. The successful candidate will
have inventory, logistics and procurement and very strong Accounts Payable process knowledge and
SAP Project Systems, Project Stock, and configuration expertise; including integration with other SAP
modules, such as General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Materials Management, Plant Maintenance.
The candidate must have strong workflow experience in the Accounts Payable arena. Any experience
with Material Ledger, and Remote Logistics will be an advantage.
