SAP Payroll/Time Consultant - 3 months - The Netherlands
For one of my clients I'm urgently looking for SAP Payroll/Time Consultant for an initial of 3 months contract to be based in the Netherlands.
In this role as a SAP Payroll/Time Consultant expert you are expected to deliver detailed Payroll/Time knowledge including the following types of activities:
- Review Payroll/Time RFP responses;
- Challenge vendors about their specific solutions and provide suggestions;
- Review contracts and provide suggestions;
- Verify proposed Client HR-IT landscape and provide suggestions;
- Create/work out the Client Global design framework;
- Lead the Client global Payroll/Time system design together with the vendor.
Required skills
- Understanding of the main functional, technological and architectural elements and requirements of Payroll and Time Attendance management;
- Proven background in Time Payroll system configuration;
- International Payroll Time implementation experience;
- System Integration and interface knowledge;
- Strong communication skills both at an operational and tactical level;
- SAP HCM (PY, TM, PA, OM) knowledge is a pre-requisite
- Language: English
