My client, a global internationally recognised brand, is looking to recruit an interim Project Management Trainer to join them on a relatively short contract (initial 6 weeks but this could extended)

You will be responsible for supporting a new initiative that will see a selected number of employees across their European supply chain operations attend and benefit from project management training. The outcome will enable employees to understand the principle and best practise in managing projects that can then be scaled out to the wider business. This may also link to external qualifications further down the line

You will be required to create, plan and design a competent training strategy, documents, slideshows, material and the content with the support of the Head of Portfolio Management. You will then be tasked to deliver this training face to face and through webinars (this may require European travel so a flexible approach is a must)

As an experienced Trainer you will guide, coach and consult on best practise for training strategy and delivery.

Some employees are more advanced than others in terms of their project management experience and methods so the training will be tiered depending on this with all selected employees receiving base line training.

To be successful for this assignment, you will need to be a credible and experienced trainer specifically within the topic of project management. You will be engaging, focused, well presented and innovative to ensure the training is well received and successful.

The role will start in May 2014 with the first training session being delivered in June 2014
