Global Financial Services is seeking a graduate to take on the role of Investment Production Support Administrator to work within their investments team. This is a temporary contract for 6 months to cover maternity. There are opportunities for the right candidate to stay on permanently.
This is a varied role which would suit a recent graduate who has 1-2 years of experience working in an administration role; experience in unit pricing would be desirable. You will be assisting the team uploading daily investment transactions into our investment accounting system. This role will require an organised team player who is looking to further their career within financial services
Experience/Key Skills:
- Microsoft Office Access and Excel
- Graduate degree
- The ability to multi task
Key Responsibilities:
- Complete defined processes
- Performing control checks
- Maintaining standing data records
- Performing cash and asset reconciliations
- Processing cash transfers, interfund and asset allocation transactions
