Position Business Analyst

Type Permanent
Years of exp 8-10 years of experience as BA, preferably based out of ME and worked on eGovernance domain
Education BE/ B. Tech/MCA or equivalent
Roles & Responsibilities • Documenting and analyzing the required information and data.
• Understanding the technical designs as well as the specifications.
• Evaluating the information gathered through workshops and surveys, business process description and task analysis.
• Effectively communicating with internal teams and external clients to deliver functional requirements like GUI, screen and interface designs.
• Oversight of IT solution planning, requirements, analysis, design, integration, and implementation.
• Highly analytical with excellent problem solving skills.
• The role is focused around requirements analysis, documentation, stakeholder / user & vendor management and across multiple e-government initiatives.
• Work in a team environment, demonstrating innovation, initiative, a customer service focus, positive ambassadorship and the ability to meet commitments.
• The role will require a fluency in English, Strong customer orientation and commitment to process excellence


Core Skills • Knowledge in Portal frame work
• Ability to develop requirement specifications for e-services
• Ability to design work flows for e-services
• Establish requirement traceability for e services requirements
• Ability to prepare UAT test cases based on business requirement
• Ability to understand latest technology trends and prepare planes for latest updates for portal
• Experience in large scale complex web portal with eservices involving payment gateways and web certificates.
• Having Arabic language knowledge is preferred.
• Experience in Web 2.0 standards and portal development in Java, J2EE, JSF, WebService, SOA, and Enterprise Web Platforms like lifeRay
• Use Cases, Object-oriented analysis and design, Visio/UML, Oracle databases

Optional Skills Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work in a multi-cultural and high pressure environment is highly desired.
