Description
A leading global pharmaceutical manufacturing organisation is looking for a Manufacturing Statistician to work on a worldwide process harmonisation program utilising cutting edge statistical tools.There are a number of products (devices predominantly) being transferred from Technical Development to either CMO’s and/or the clients network and there is not currently enough coverage internally to develop sound statistical programs.
Role and Responsibilities:
• Sampling and analysing manufacturing statistics from pharmaceutical and medical device production sites across the world
• Sampling data for continuous process verification studies
• Creating and carrying out process capability studies using CPK / PPK tools
• Generating statistics on Deviation & CAPA trending and effectiveness
• Creating tools to analyse complaints and post market surveillance
Requirements:
• Degree educated in Scientific or Engineering discipline
• Proven experience creating statistical tools and analysis for pharmaceutical / medical device manufacturing environment
• Experience working with statistical tools such as Minitab, R and SPSS
• AQL / RQL experience required
