Real Staffing Group is looking for a hands-on Manufacturing Engineer to join a San Francisco based medical device start-up company. This successful company is looking to bring on a key member of their full time engineering team.Role: As a Manufacturing Engineer you will be responsible for applying extensive knowledge of manufacturing production engineering theories, principles, practices, validations and project management.You will be coordinating capital projects with management and various departments. You will analyze, oversee, and resolve issues using methods such as design of experiments, variation transmission analysis, and statistical process control. You will be using engineering based application systems to implement, communicate, and coordinate production processing. You must also be able to read, analyze, and interpret data, technical policies and recommend change to procedures. You will then be preparing, presenting, and communicating these manufacturing projects.
Requirements:
- B.S. in a related field of Engineering
- 5+ years experience in manufacturing
- Experience in the regulatory requirements of FDA and ISO for Class II and III medical devices
- Experience with lean-manufacturing and statistical methods and Solid Works
- Excellent team management and communication skills
