My Birmingham based Public Sector client is seeking a Supply Chain Performance Co-ordinator for a contract initially until the end of May.

Background: The Supply Chain Performance Co-ordinator will ensure measures and reports of key performance aspects across the whole supply chain (using earned value management, Motivating Success KPIs, H&S data and other data).

Key Tasks for the Supply Chain Performance Co-ordinator:
* To act as a source of advice on performance measurement systems (using earned value management, Motivating Success KPIs, H&S data and other data), analysis and management matters across the programme.
* To contribute to the development, implementation, operation and maintenance of consistent commercial performance management processes and systems.
* To drive efficiencies and improvements to the client's commercial capabilities.
* To support and respond to the data and business requests.

Experience/Skills Required for the Supply Chain Performance Co-ordinator:
* Experience of providing Supplier Performance analysis preferably in an engineering, construction or building environment
* Qualifications in procurement and/or supply chain management and MCIPS would be highly desirable.
* Able to demonstrate project management knowledge with particular experience in Requirements Management, Planning & Control, Stakeholder Management & Communications
* Advanced Excel skills
* Ideally a Degree in Quantity Surveying/Engineering/Construction-related discipline or equivalent experience; a member of the RICS or working towards achieving membership of the RICS
