* Build and maintain strong relationships with all Third Party suppliers.
* Managing all Third Party service issues to completion and in-line with the agreed SLA's (fixed to target, cause understood, communication constant to the customer throughout, etc.).
* Managing Third Party Standard and Complex/Project service requests to agreed SLA's and processes and ensuring issues are effectively managed, again including associated customer communication.
* Ensuring all financial elements of the contract(s) are managed appropriately and timely, eg review and payment of invoices following signoff by management.
* Managing any process failures or service issues in this area to a satisfactory completion.
* Ensures contract obligations are managed in-line with the terms of the contract, including contract changes.
* Management of accurate payments and credit requests as detailed in Third Party contracts
* Contribute to or manage contract reviews and contractual obligations such as Price Reviews where there are financial implications
* Proactively and reactively manage cost saving opportunities associated with TP contracts
* Support the commercial IT elements of contracts with third parties.
* Manage Price Reviews with Third Party Suppliers for formal reviews of pricing and tariffs
* Manage Financial Policies in the area to define/agree across the business for wider benefit and cost savings
* Voice/Data Market and Costs - Visibility/ownership of market information on costs, tariffs, saving opportunities for Prudential in this whole area. Then initiating, managing and delivering these to conclusion
* Commercial/Financial Issue Management - Various tasks in this area, including VAT issues, underpayment issues, no payment issues, invoice error management, SLA credit/bonus input/signoff

Key Skills:
* Knowledge of the financial services sector
* Proven track record of business service requirements and issues
* Track record of working with TP service providers
* Knowledge of Network and Telephony technologies
* Excellent customer relationship management skills
* Excellent knowledge of Excel
