CRM Project Manager
My client is a well known company in company in pharmaceutical industry
* Definition of project plan, define team roles and responsibilities and propose internal & external resources to agreed tasks (provides the necessary resources)
* Resolve local issues, escalate to Management Team and orchestrate decisions from the Management Team
* Manage overall team & project: project status; resources; identify and resolve issues; identify risk and facilitate mitigation and contingency planning associated with risk
* Strong dedication in Change management activities to identify actions to be undertaken per functionality and roles in the local affiliate
* Escalation to CRM Area Team
* Coordination with CRM Area Team
Solid project management experience
Experience in pharma organizations
Experience with implementation of CRM systems (Veeva and or Salesforce.com is an additional plus but not a hard prerequisite)
Fluent in English and French or Dutch
