UX Insight Manager - 12 months - URGENT - London
My E-commerce based client is seeking an experienced UX analysist to joing their ever growing team.
The candidate will be responsible for delivering insight, analysis and recommendations across the E-commerce functions of Strategy & Development and User Experience. They will also will be called upon to manage the analytics design, implementation and measurement of UX development projects.
Key skills needed are:
- Educated to degree standard or equivalent preferably with Maths/Stats background
- Expert Knowledge of Adobe Site Catalyst and Test & Target
- Ability to find analyse and triangulate all sources of data available
- Ability to analyse complex problems and deliver insightful and practical solutions

Ability to understand the big picture while keeping exquisite attention to detail to ensure 0 defect in analysis
Desirable skills also include:
- Excellent working knowledge of MS Office, in particular Excel.
- Ability to think critically and strategically and translate insight into action
- Ability to communicate those insights in a clear, concise and powerful manner both verbal and in writing
- Experience working cross functionally and within a category team
