Description
An opportunity has arisen for a Change Lead to work on the implementation of an Electronic trading platform; this is a new solution which is being implemented within contact centres and gives customers the ability to obtain se;f-service quotations etc
The project is very close to implementation stage therefore the successful candidate will be required to ensure that the business are ready to accept the new system; this will include ensuring that training plans are in-place and that key stakeholders are kept updated on the progress of the implementation etc
You must be a hands-on Business Change Manager with specific experience of the Implementation stage of a project including business readiness & Training. You will have solid experience of leading change within Contact/Call centres and ideally have a background within Insurance. You must have very good experience of liaising with business users and stakeholders at all levels.
Please note: There is a possibility that this role may be required on a 4-day basis Dependent on the rate required.
