Interim Mgt position: Customer Excellence director - Pharmaceutical sector
My client, international Pharmaceutical organisation based in Walloon Brabant is urgently looking for an interim manager for the Customer Excellence position.
This contract would start immediately for an undefined duration.
The person will be leading a team of 5. There is also a part time management assistant reporting to this person.
Mission:
This department is a cross functional team which is building the capabilities that the organization needs to meet the changing marketplace, shape the business strategy and to look forward to anticipate the future.
The dpt role on this matter is more and more crucial and also requires further transformation and elevation of its capabilities within the Customer excellence department
The department is composed of:
- Transformation Manager
- Business System and Data manager
- Marketing & Business Intelligence Manager
- Sales & Market analyst.
- Training and digital Manager
Your role would be to:
- Perform the people management for this department
- Organise, prioritise and coordinate the large number of projects launched within the organisation
- Communicate internally a coherent strategy and vision.
Profile:
- Proven track record as a successful Customer Excellence director; Head of Strategy; Marketing Operations director; Commercial operations directors or any related position.
- Extensive experience in people Management
- Outstanding Analytical Skills
- Previous experience in the Pharmaceutical sector
- Fluent in English
