ZINC ADMINISTRATOR
Contract: 4 months duration, Surrey
ZINC ADMINSTRATOR: needed to support the Senior renal/CV brand manager. The successful candidate will be working for a market leading pharmaceutical company and managing promotional materials through Zinc.
Essential skills and experience:-
- Experience with Zinc (program)
- Demonstrable experience within an administrative role is desirable
- Highly organised and ability to prioritise as well as excellent spoken & written English
- Previous pharmaceutical/agency industry experience is desirable
Key responsibilities will include:
- Communicating verbally and in writing with creative agencies
- Maintaining efficient communications with the in-house Sales team
- Maintaining communications with Printers
- Maintaining communications with the warehouse/distribution division
