Mansion House Consulting are a highly successful and rapidly expanding Technology and Business Transformation Consultancy specialising in the Investment Banking, Corporate Banking, Asset/Fund Management and Wealth Management sectors. We currently have offices in London, New York, Frankfurt, Amsterdam and Singapore.
At present there is an immediate requirement for a Finance Business Consultant, with previous experience working on technology programmes in financial services, responsible for budget management and fund allocation to join a global investment Bank in their Finance infrastructure team, responsible for financial planning in the Global Technology group.
Responsibilities include
- Managing all financial procedures in line with programme objectives.
- Managing budgets, forecasting and reporting to senior management.
- Working with the business and key stakeholders
- Develop business cases - detailing investments and cost savings,
- Understand spend alignment across business areas.
- Develop Models for labour spends - proactively manage cost savings/risks.
- Cost the redundancy/removal and hiring of individuals.
- Interacting with various groups including: Global Technology, HR, controlling, Corporate Purchasing
Requirements
- Prior experience in Finance and or Accountancy Management in Banking or Finance Environment
- Excellent stakeholder management skills
- Previous exposure to Technology programmes/projects/groups.
- Strong communication skills both verbal and written
- Formulate core economics/cost driver of technology services and products
- make clear and concise business arguments, using appropriate analytical and Visual Tools
- Ability to understand financial/commercial risks and identify mitigating factors
- Design, and implement complex project plans
