Job Responsibilities:
Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility and budget.
Procurement of both resource and hardware availability and allocation
Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress
Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs
Communicate project status, issues and successes to project team, stakeholders, sponsors and document all communication appropriately per the audience.
Lead, facilitate and participate in all SDLC phases of the project; including planning, execution, testing, and implementation.
Perform risk management to minimize project risks
Utilize PMO templates, metrics and any other systems required in conjunction with the PWC PMO team
Drive project for the IT application development team as well as coordinating across other portfolios.
Actively participates in cross-functional groups to gain understanding of current landscape as well as determining strategies to move the organization forward, identify gaps, create and implement action plans and evaluate the process and results.

Required:
Bachelor degree
Minimum of 7-9 years of direct project management experience
Experience with large transformational initiatives involving time reporting, payroll and operations impacting a user population similar to Verizon's (global, domestic management, and union associates)
Experience with integration between time systems, Finance and workforce planning and management processes and platforms (eg, scheduling, labor forecasting, field dispatching, productivity metrics)
Experience working in a fast-paced environment with a high level of turn around.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills

Required Skills additions:
Experience compiling and presenting Executive level status reports and strategy plans
Strong background with detailed requirement gathering, analysis and roadmapping releases of functionality
Experience managing projects related to large ERP software implementations/customizations such as Infor WFM (Workbrain), SAP, Kronos, Peoplesoft Time & Labor
Ability to analyze requirements across multiple business units and develop detailed project plans per multiple workstreams, often working with other business unit project managers

Desired: PMP certification a plus
7 + years of experience in Project Management in the Information Technology sector
Solid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
