I am currently recruiting for an SC Cleared Project Manager in Somerset for 12 months.
This role will involve you to manage:
Project resources to ensure tasks are implemented on time, on budget and to the required scope and quality.
Production of the project's products
Governance and control processes including risk and issue management, progress reporting, change control, etc.
Timely and proactive decision making to ensure the project meets its objectives. Accountable for initiating escalation where necessary
Conduct end-project evaluation and ensure lessons learned are integrated into the project.
Experienced Required
Essential:
Experience of managing and implementing business critical projects.
Capable of engaging senior stakeholders
Credibility and character to manage a diverse team in a Matrix environment.
Knowledge and experience of implementing project management processes, methods and tasks.
Capable of developing and maintaining strong working relationships with project team members, business side resource and third party suppliers.
Knowledge of IT development methods and techniques
Prince 2 qualified
Desirable:
Managing suppliers contracts
Procurement process
Managing SAP projects
Managing GIS projects
