The ideal candidate will have several years of relevant legal experience with some in-house experience an advantage.

Suitable candidates will have knowledge in the following areas:

PSRs, UTCCRs, PSRs, CCA, DMD, BCOBS, CONC and other legislation and FCA handbook rules relating to the provision of retail banking and regulated credit services in the UK.
