Job description
* You will work with requirement collection and deliver Radio & HW requirement specifications to our design departments. This documentation covers WCDMA, LTE and GSM standards/products.
* Our system work is performed in cooperation with design departments and system node organization at base station level.
* You need to have deep knowledge of the entire radio chain including RF knowledge, you probably also have a system background.
Required competence
* Deep knowledge of the entire radio chain
* RBS knowledge
* Accustomed to working with requirement budgets, power budget, link budget, etc
* HW and RF knowledge, preferably with a focus on Thermal, EMC, PLD and Safety
* Experience from areas such as systems engineering, technical studies, investigations
* You are a person with a systematic approach who sees questions and does not stop looking for solutions and answers.
* Candidates shall also have good written and verbal communication skills in English and Swedish (preferably but not an absolute requirement).

* M.Sc. degree or similar.
