Our client is a large retail bank based in the East Midlands in need of an exceptional Delivery focused Change Project Manager to manage all aspects of a medium to large-scale Change Projects.
ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE - ALL CANDIATES WHO APPLY MUST HAVE
- Experience of delivering large and complex change projects with budgets of £5m
- Full project Lifecycle/End-to-end Business Facing Change experience within Retail Banking
- Experience within Credit/Debit Cards domain
- Experience within Digital Transformation
- Subject matter expertise in employing change management best practices and disciplines including governance, control and risk management
- Prince II
- Good knowledge and experience of working within operational areas
- Exceptional Stakeholder Management skill up to Executive level.
- Delivery of campaign capability change and/or multi-disciplinary projects.
- Customer Focus - strong focus on the customer experience being delivered.
- Experience of a range or project types and business areas is desirable
- A range of experience of analysis, analytical tools and problem resolution
- Proven ability to plan, organise and prioritise own workloads and work on own initiative
