We are currently recruiting a Recruitment Administrator to support our on-site recruitment team at a large pharmaceutical client. This client is recognised worldwide for the innovative medicines they provide to patients and healthcare professionals, developing and marketing patent-protected prescription only medicines for important health needs.

The Recruitment Administrator is a unique role within the onsite delivery team. This key position will support our Recruitment Delivery Consultants with interview arranging, assessment centre management, contact extensions and general administrative duties.

Working alongside the hyphen team and hiring managers, the recruitment administrator will be responsible for managing a range of recruitment administration activities including but not limited to:

* Planning and running of assessment centres to include the preparation of candidate and assessor packs
* Managing all logistical aspects of assessment centres, including the smooth running on the day, whether onsite or at an offsite location
* Liaising with candidates and hiring managers to schedule interviews
* Managing candidate expense claims with hiring managers
* Assisting administration of customer recruitment system
* Full management of security screening tools to ensure a smooth process and that candidates, Staffing Managers and Hiring Managers are updated
* Working closely with the on-site recruiters to support any ad hoc activity
* Support on the contract recruitment side where necessary. This will involve managing the extension process, creating quotes, raising purchase orders and supporting the aftercare of onsite associates

Experience/qualifications

Essential:
* Previous administration experience
* Working closely within a team environment
* Database management
* Evidence of building good customer relationships and of exceeding customer expectations
* In depth knowledge of the recruitment industry, recruitment methods and candidate search techniques
* Attention to detail
* Excellent communication
* MS Office Suite (Word, Excel and Powerpoint)

Desirable:
* Recruitment administration experience
* Previous on-site RPO/Managed Service experience
