My client is based in Luxembourg. They are looking for a French/English speaking Administrator to start ASAP for an initial 12 Month contract.Experience:
Team oriented Storage Administrator with a good experience in Hitachi, EMC Storage, Brocade SAN fabric
Successful candidates must have a solid understanding of basic storage concepts. Proven ability to quickly analyse, find the problem and do the escalation
Job Description:
Prepare and send morning report to the customer concerning the good health of the storage and SAN infrastructures.
Analysis and resolution of daily storage issues working with Help Desk Ticket System.
Monitoring, analysis and Escalation of critical incidents to the support and colleagues .
Ability to work with customers and maintain a professional attitude and provide good customer service.
Participate in on-call rotation support and be flexible in availability as needed
Define issues and drive resolution with operations and vendors.
Perform any other job related instructions as requested, with reasonable accommodation.
Reports the work done and the status of tasks to team lead
Skills :
Excellent fundamental knowledge in RAID, disk Network, etc.
2-4 years experience with HDS storage.
4-6 years of relevant technical experience in storage environment
Good technical, documentation and communication skills
Language: English & French
