Account is looking for strong Programme Directors to lead each of the programmes defined above (TCV of circa £20M pa in each).
Looking for the following:
General:
Primary skill: Minimum of 5 years in a Senior Project/Programme Management capacity using corporate methodologies. Successful implementation of projects (TCV £5m to £100m)
Other essential skills:
- Successful delivery of Programme/Large, with significant hands on experience
- Strong Management background and experience
- Creating and maintaining a focus, enthusiasm and momentum
- A confident and consistent communicator who can set and manage expectations
- Diligent and tenacious with programme disciplines and the ability to draw on the right tools for a particular programme or programme stage of development from definition to completion
- Ability to work collaboratively to share best practice and stay connected across the programme landscape
- Presenting to Executive boards and dealing with difficult and demanding stakeholders
- Remaining calm under pressure and can think clearly to address difficult problems and challenges
- Ability to turn round difficult relationships and build trusted relationships
- Working effectively with third party suppliers by building good relationships but also to control them to deliver and take ownership of their issues
- Managing geographically disperesed delivery teams in to performing teams that can deliver
- Sound problem-solving and analytical skills
- Very strong and effective leadership and communications skills
- Experience in Service Delivery, Application Development, Application Management and Business Change
- Proven personal and team management skills
- willingness to take ownership and take a problem through to resolution.
