Contact Centre Agent

(initial 6 month contract)

An exciting opportunity to join an industry leader, renowned in the market place for innovation and quality. This fast paced role working in a contact centre environment provides an excellent opportunity to excel your career in sales in a business to business environment and develop within a true market leading company.

With supportive line managers and a clear development plan you will work as part of a tight knit team to:

  • Create, maintain & build relationships with both Dealer & Finance Partners at all levels
  • Working with Finance & Dealer Partners & where appropriate the end consumer to ensure that any "termed" finance proposals received from our Finance Partner are maximised within agreed parameters
  • Proactively pursue termed finance proposals to capitalise on conversion
  • Acquire and retain a thorough working knowledge of the HPI Finance Gateway software & it's products
  • Through both inbound & outbound calls, promote the HPI Finance Gateway service and its products in order to maximise sales opportunities & develop excellent Dealer & Finance Partnerships
  • Demonstrate excellent attention to detail when following processes and accurately update systems & record management information
  • Contribute to delivery of HPI Finance Gateway targets
