Description
A NATO or Cleared Information Management Facilitator is required on site in Bydgosz, Poland with expenses travel to Norway, USA, Germany and KabulDuties:
Participate in IM planning activities as directed
Responsible for IM procedures, software version control, Electronic Working
Practices
Contribute to the Data Capture Process required for training events:
Identify functional systems relationships and interdependencies
Communicate and present complex electronic user environments to both specialist
and non-specialist audiences.
Participate in training events as training coordinator, IM Facilitator and EWP trainer
for key staff processes Embedded in electronic user environment.
Operational rebuild of ISAF/RS replicated portals
Skills: Essential
Standard Automated Data Processing and Communication and Information
Systems (CIS) Knowledge:
Word Processing: Advanced knowledge.
Spreadsheet: Exposure
Graphic Presentation:Exposure
Databases: Expert knowledge.
A detailed knowledge of:
Microsoft SharePoint Portal.
Microsoft Active Directory.
Java.
Zope/WISE.
XMPP.
MS SQL database management.
TCP/IP.
Confident public speaker.
Ability to work as a part of a multinational civilian and military team.
