Supplier Quality Engineer

£25 - £31 per hour
A major manufacturer who are producing some of the most high value and valuable systems to the industry now require a Supplier Quality Engineer in order to support their supply chain and develop the functions within their business to ensure that all of the product arriving is of the highest quality.
For this Supplier Quality Engineering role you may have:
+ Quality Assurance Audit experience in an Aerospace, Defence or Automotive environment
+ Significant Supplier Quality experience
+ HNC/HND or Degree in a Mechanical or Electrical Engineering environment or equivalent
+ Strong ability to communicate with customers on a daily basis
As the Supplier Quality (SQA) Engineer you will be responsible for:
+ Performing systems and product audits of nominated suppliers
+ Maintain up to date list of approved suppliers and keep record of all approvals and accreditation's
+ Perform initial audits and assessments of potential suppliers
+ Plan and maintain an audit schedule of all key and significant suppliers
