Commercial Manager
Commercial Manager in role as commercial lead to support assistant QS, close out Subcontracts, ensure all applicable costs are properly off set, defend claims, able to support upstream internal reporting, support our PM on day to day activities and assist to conclude our own final account with the client.
Must have CSCS and JCT D&B experience on CAT A commercial office new build projects, RICS preferable.
This role is a 3 month contract that will be extendable thereafter.
Rates are around £400 - £450 per day
