Functional Analyst, IPTV for TV OTT

A large ISP in Belgium are searching for a Functional Analyst to work on an IPTV project developing mobile application for smart phone, PC and tablet devices.

The applications developed enable customers of the ISP to watch TV over-the-top (OTT) without the need for a set-top box.

In order for these mobile apps to be developed the ISP use a software company who specialise in developing mobile applications.

The role of the Functional Analyst is to liaise with product and project manager to put requirements into functional specifications for developers and other 3rd party companies.

As the Functional Analyst you will be an intermediate between the ISP and the software company for all mobile applications and features relating to the IPTV project.

The ideal candidate will have a software development background and understand technologies relating to IPTV, DTV, VOD, Android/Tablet devices etc.

We need a Functional Analyst with good communication skills to speak with various areas of the business. The preferred candidate will understand the full development life cycle.

Essentials Skills:

- Experience working as a Functional Analyst on Software projects

- Software development background

- Ability to translate requirements into functional specifications

Desired skills:

- Experience working on technologies relating to IPTV such as DTV, VOD.

- Experience working on android/tablet application

- it would be highly desired to have the ability to speak Dutch
