The individual should be self-motivated and comfortable working both alone and as part of a team.What can I expect from this role?As a Graduate Developer you will work with the Technical Research and Partner team, whilst meeting external customers, both potential and existing. During the one year programme, examples of the activities you may be involved in are:Participate and represent Esri UK at developer events and engage the community through startup weekends, meetups, user groups and HackathonsEngage student, startup and professional developer communities in person and onlineGrow relationships in the developer communityDeliver impactful technical content at events and through online channelsDefine and create technical assets, such as reference apps, starter kits, patterns and practice guidance for use at in-person events and onlineAs a business that's always looking to improve and grow, we are making significant investments in supporting our business strategy. For you this means the chance to work with our expert teams to build a deep understanding of Esri technologies and engage with the wider developer community.What skills do I need?You will ideally be educated to degree level or above in Computer Science or an IT related subject. Alternatively you should have 3 or more years' experience working in the IT industry with GIS or related technology.
