Description

The client here is a well known Financial institution and well respected in its field, is looking for a Complaints Handler which experience in commercial Banking. A great a day rate is on offer at a day on a 6 month contract.

1. Preparation of redress calculations using Excel for FOS FRL cases. This includes calculation of historic cash flows ("HCF"), break costs to be repaid to customer/absorbed by Bank, and any statutory interest due;
2. Complex calculation of overdraft interest and fees from account statements;
3. Liaison with the Bank's FM team who QA all calculations prepared, this includes answering any queries from the FM team and making changes to the calculations based on their recommendations;
4. Action settlement of customer's redress which includes liaising with various stakeholders within the Bank to ensure that all redress payments are made to customers; and
5. Use of Summit system for extraction of customer information used in completing redress calculations.
