Description
Seeking a contract Enterprise PMO Analyst/Coordinator for a CBD based contract.
Working in a friendly and professional team, your duties and responsibilities will include:
- Supporting the Head of EPMO in designing and implementing portfolio governance, reporting and execution frameworks
- Develop and maintain project templates and tools that support the enterprise frameworks
- Updating and communicating program and project management methodology processes and tools
- Provide assistance, training and ongoing development in the use of project delivery tools
- Establish clear processes for on-boarding new project resources (including Project Managers)
- Actively promote PMO benefits within the organisation
- Develop and maintain project assurance standards and health checks
- Work with the divisional Portfolio Managers to ensure timely and accurate reporting
- Prepare EPMO presentations
- Monitor and report on the status of project execution and critical delivery milestones
- Ensure compliance with standards for project documentation
- Work with the project delivery teams on project initiation and stage gate approvals
- Participate in post implementation reviews
- Maintain Enterprise Knowledge Management Repository
