Seeking a contract Enterprise PMO Analyst/Coordinator for a CBD based contract.

Working in a friendly and professional team, your duties and responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting the Head of EPMO in designing and implementing portfolio governance, reporting and execution frameworks
  • Develop and maintain project templates and tools that support the enterprise frameworks
  • Updating and communicating program and project management methodology processes and tools
  • Provide assistance, training and ongoing development in the use of project delivery tools
  • Establish clear processes for on-boarding new project resources (including Project Managers)
  • Actively promote PMO benefits within the organisation
  • Develop and maintain project assurance standards and health checks
  • Work with the divisional Portfolio Managers to ensure timely and accurate reporting
  • Prepare EPMO presentations
  • Monitor and report on the status of project execution and critical delivery milestones
  • Ensure compliance with standards for project documentation
  • Work with the project delivery teams on project initiation and stage gate approvals
  • Participate in post implementation reviews
  • Maintain Enterprise Knowledge Management Repository
