My defence client is looking for an SC HR Change Manager/MOD TUPE HR Manager/Defence HR TUPE Manager for a project that will run to 31st March 2015.
They are looking for someone to start on the 1st July and this role will mainly be based in Hampshire, with some travel to London.
Please note this is working with a defence client, so the successful candidate will need to gain SC clearance.
The SC HR Change Manager/MOD TUPE HR Manager/Defence HR TUPE Manager role:
*To act as the client's HR focal point for the sale of the client by MOD. Specifically managing and maintaining population of the HR data room, provision of information and documents for the MOD Sale team.
*People Communications lead, specifically management of the client Group mailbox for people related issues (TUPE) associated with the sale and liaison with the MOD Project Team and the MOD TUPE lead and attendance as the client's representative at People Briefings.
*Support the MOD sale team and (in time) the preferred bidder in their understanding of the client's workforce, culture and Terms and Conditions in order to inform the TUPE Consultation Document.
*Support to the client's HR Director in the day to day HR activity associated with the structuring of the future Land Business.
*Manage the Separation of HR Policies and processes from MOD including the associated TU engagement.
Graduate membership of CiPD is essential, as is knowledge of TUPE and experience of working within the Public sector.
