My Client, a world leader in design and manufacturing of satellites is currently looking for an experienced Recruitment Consultant. The successful Recruitment Consultant will work with their customer base to ensure the consistent application of policy, process and methods and the achievement of Staffing Plans.
This key role is fundamental in the ongoing implementation of the clients wide initiative and the delivery of a centralised recruitment service in the UK.
Key Accountabilities
To manage all Internal and External recruitment activities at an Airbus Defence and Space UK level, for Portsmouth and Stevenage, within the agreed process and policy.
To co-ordinate and advice on all necessary actions and decisions to meet recruitment targets defined through the Staffing Plan process in the areas of:
- Sourcing
- Selection
To monitor process performance, implementing improvements in line with local and global requirements To utilise the functionality of the recruit system in all customer activities
To ensure that skill and knowledge levels are at an appropriate level in the business to make the right selection decisions

Candidates will be required to travel to Stevenage up to 2 days per week; Candidates must show flexibility in frequency and location for travel.
The successful recruitment Consultant must be willing to apply for a disclosure Scotland Certificate
