Description
My client (a tier 1 investment bank) are recruiting for a Regulatory & Approvals Workstream Director.
The Director will:
- ensure alignment of all programmes with regulatory guidelines and mandates for full compliance.
- Develop processes and tools for the programme streams to seek necessary internal approvals.
- Actively manage and engage external stakeholders (ie regulators).
- provide necessary briefings within and outside the organization, when required.
- Conduct internal and external risk assessment of the proposed vendor solution & retained organisation.
Essential:
- Successful background in a regulatory capacity within a global financial services firm.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Conflict management expertise across multiple cultures.
