Description
Based in the South East (West London) we are looking for a strong resourcing delivery manager to be accountable for the effective delivery of all elements of the central resourcing service from initial resource request through to pre-employment vetting and pass issue. You will ensure everything is within cost and performance parameters to look at successfully onboarding + new entrants per year. You will take responsibility for driving significant improvements, operational performance and including the onboarding of suppliers. You will provide leadership to motivate the teams maintaining relationships with both internal and external stakeholders. You will provide timely MI and associated data for business evaluation and ensure the process and best practise reflect the environment.
You will possess excellent planning and organisation skills and have developed strong people management skills over the years. the client will be looking for experience where you have successfully managed a large operational area and improved delivery and you will understand the drivers of performance and influence. The suitable person must have experience of large volume resourcing within an enterprise environment.
