MI Analyst/Business Analyst - Client Onboarding
Great contract opportunity available for experienced MI Analyst/Business Analyst to join the client onboarding team of a leading Investment Bank.
The client onboarding team support project managed deals involving large and complex account openings for multiple entities in multiple jurisdictions across the globe. Projects are llarge and complex. The MI analyst will provide essential reporting services using excel to various project teams and client stakeholders as well as proactively documenting and improving existing process.
The MI Analyst/BA is responsible for working with internal business partners (eg project managers, implementations) to collate and issue management information and reports relating to various projects. These will include account opening, electronic banking, and other products sold in accordance with the banks standard and local regulatory specifications.
This role will also be involved in ensuring all the correct documentation and controls are in place for each client. Controls are a critical part of the day to day processes with customer documentation being the foundation of the Bank's relationships with their clients. Emphasis will be on customer satisfaction by improving the quality of the documentation experience for the customer and reducing the cycle time for live implementation and therefore revenue realisation.
The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of the review of customer documentation or legal or KYC documentation in the banking industry.
- Experience as an MI Analyst within Investment banking.
- Experience of business analysis/process documentation.
- Good excel reporting skills.
- Ideally, experience of reporting/MI within a client onboarding team.
- Good understanding of AML/KYC.
- Good client services experience is essential.
- Banking operations knowledge is a must.
- Additional language skills would be a bonus.
