Senior TIBCO Developer
Overview:
My Client is looking for a Senior TIBCO Developer to join their team. The Senior TIBCO Developer will be part of a mixed team, supporting and assisting Junior Developers with the implementation of integration projects using various TIBCO products (TIBCO BusinessWorks, TIBCO EMS, TIBCO Rendezvous/RV, TIBCO ActiveSpaces) which are the basis of a new company integration platform.
The Senior TIBCO Developer will be responsible or mentoring and coaching the Junior Developers, taking over areas of the implementation if/when the work load becomes too much for junior members of the team. The Senior TIBCO Developer must have fluent French and English language skills, with additional Dutch skills being highly desirable.
Skills and Experience:
*At least 3 years of practical development experience with TIBCO BusinessWorks, EMS, Rendezvous (RV) and ActiveSpaces.
*Thorough knowledge of XML, XSD, WSDL, Web Services, XSLT, xpath and protocols of transport/communication (HTTP, JMS, MQ, etc).
*Strong knowledge and experience with SOA and EAI.
*Ability to translate functional requirements into technical specifications.
*Practical experience in the coaching of junior developers.
*Work autonomously and in groups, being communicative with good coaching skills, sharing knowledge.
*Fluent French and English language (Dutch highly desirable).
